Contacted Custom Control Technologies for questioning on our new panel. Was having some problems with a pump and my calls were quickly returned by Mr. Larry Miller. He had already pulled our files and was ready to assist me anyway he could. After questioning Mr. Miller about capacitors he quickly figured out the problem and offered the remedy. After employee completed the changes requested we still had an issue. Again called and Mr. Miller again returned the call quickly. After much discussion and lots of "if's", he made some suggestions. I went to perform those suggestions myself and found two wires backwards from human error. Once corrected the pump now is running fine. Main thing is, Mr. Miller's attitude, knowledge, helpfulness, concerns and willing to listen then offered great suggestions were deeply appreciated. The politeness in his voice and his concerns about the problem is what sets this company apart from others. The receptionist that received my calls was very polite and courteous as well. We both share the same philosophy of keeping things simple and I can attest to that in our panel. If I ever need another panel I will definitively request the panel comes from Custom Control Technologies. Thank you for talking to me and not "down" to me.
